I would say that it's not a practise, it's more of a WIP. Continue the combo, do some more punches, kicks, maybe throw uke away - be creative. This replay is rather nice and clean for now, but it's only beginning.

Very stiff arms at the run, you should relax the shoulders
The punch was really nice
Uke's reaction was also nice, but it would be better if he moved his arms trying to protect himself

Look at your shoulders at first frames, makes your tori look very stiff, just lax them next time.
