Responses to Necessity's additional complaints:
1.) And he's been told to stop doing things with bets until he's sure he knows how to avoid these things. As for if a user did this, if a user accidentally cancelled bets and made immediate attempts to provide restitution, we'd certainly look at them more leniently than we would in some other cases.
2.) Please provide evidence of this evidence. Screenshot it and post it and make it so glaringly obvious that it's impossible to miss.
3.) Let's be careful on the ad hominems here. The fact is that Kyure has been receptive to criticism and advice from his peers and superiors. The fact is also that smods receive no training and have historically only learned via trial by fire. The extremely skew distribution of complaints towards Kyure is assumed to be due to his prior history with users, his activity when compared to the other new recruits, his tendency to be active in situations where fuck-ups are more obvious and less reversible (e.g. in-game as opposed to forums), and admittedly a bit of hot-headedness on his part. We have explicitly advised him regarding that last point, but the others are not things he should be held at fault for.

What's the big deal here? Every complains about Kyure is pretty much solved or about to get solved. I don't think Kyure does this stuff without no reason.
