Do you have raw input on and did not before?
Did you change your mouse dpi?
Make sure from console that you have the same sensitivity.
Check from the console that you don't have some weird massive mouse accel.

Everything is the same as b4 I have absolutely no clue why thats so weird now. I just cant play with those mouse settings

try plugging some other mouse in, and make sure it's at the same dpi. if it's messing, it's probably some driver or something. if you have really bad luck, it might be the usb outlet but i don't really know why that would give those symptoms.

Restart your PC. It should help. This happened to me before, like my mouse would accelerate very weirdly when I turned and stuff but PC restart fix it everytime.
