I lol'd. Is that even allowed? Besides its much easier to breed your starter, upload a level 1 snivy/osha/tepig to the gts and wish for the best rather than buying pokemon.

I don't think that's allowed either.

i think buying Pokemon is allowed doesn't state it in the rules so it must be plus i don't think Nintendo gives 2 shits after its sold, and they have there cash
