This is being introduced due to the amount of TC currently circulating in the community at the moment, which causes new players to be at a serious disadvantage. So starting this Friday, if you bet 300tc on someone to win, that ACTUALLY counts as a 270tc bet, as 30tc will go automatically to a dumping account. Likewise, a 5k duel will ACTUALLY give the winner 9k, whilst 1k goes to the dumping account as well.

Same goes for marketing. Selling things on the market will result in getting 95% of what someone paid for it, while 5% of it goes to the account, and transactions of TC from one person to another will also result in 5% of it going to a dumping account.
