As for the tourney, allowed pokes are:
-Gen 1. Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur.
-Gen 2. Cindaquil, Totodile, Chikorita.
-Gen 3. Torchic, Mudkip, Treeko.
-Gen 4. Chimchar, Piplup, Turtwig.
-Gen 5. Tepig, Oshawott, Snivy.
-Gen 6. Fennekin, Froakie, Chespin.
Your team must fit on the LC ladder and it will be played in Pokémon showdown.
Those are the rules for it, no Pokémon or ability bans by now, even tho I don't like the idea of contrary Snivy.
(EDIT: Thinking about possible stuff, I don't like protean Froakie neither D: )
