potrom is one of the recruiters now.. he´s doing a good job at it! i leave the recruting areaand ad my self to the artist´s.... well pierce maybe become artist too..
also iam planing an new ranking system but iam not sure about that now..
potram + gman its up to u now to invite people.. but be sure they fit into our clan and they are active( game +forum) i also would like to know what all of u guys think about incoming requests... so feel free to post.
freshly joined member will be at trail for 3 weeks to proof them self , and to see wich kind of persons they are(behaviour and stuff) after 3 weeks we made a decision again.. and they are able to become "new member" but just as i said ther might be some changes in the futer about ranking..
