On the left hand side in red text, there is a "deactivated" and "activated" option under the inventory tab. Go into your deactivated and select "activate"

go to your deactivated inventory, you can access it if you go on the market section of the forum. then there is a button on every item you bought where it says [Activate]. click that and they will be activated.
