Hi, I'm kinda new kinda not to tricking and I've been working on this back flip
but i cant seem to nail the landing. I've gotten close though so here it is.
well, you landed the first flip fine, so I assume your problem isn't that, it's with the second flip
the main problem with the second flip is the setup you have. you have to try to emulate the first setup you did without moving, with proper timing. That means relatively extended legs, and extended ankles for push. Don't extend your abs with the landing, that's probably the main thing that messed you up.
