3.)Musn't be an asshole
4.)Must Fight in Wars with your daddy LordBasket :^)
5.)Must have followed application format IN LIST ORDER

How your application will be judged:
1.)How well you followed application format
2.)How many infractions you have on your account.
3.)How active you are.
4.)Belt
5.)Experience
