Only seen this once -- maybe the ragdoll physics need some tuning or something. The left buttcheek on this guy zips to the floor for no apparent reason.

Yeah, you found one of the "vulcan-nerve-pinches". This one is caused by the mass in the dismembered buttcheek being to low and consequently causing some sort of body reset.

There are a couple of this physics tuning problems. I don't think I will fix them for now since changing any physics parameters will render all previous replay files obsolete.
