does anyone know why many mods dont work?

Try reinstalling toribash.

Also, read the stderr.txt it supplies all the error reports/

no it only doesnt load the mods. there are many like lightning fighters wich dont wok

And are you sure that you have the mods in your mods folder?
Check them out, open them with notepad, see if there is something in them.
