1. We should look into getting a private forum for this type of talking.
2. Everyone in the staff category should make a list of things they want to talk about during the meeting. (This list should include; future plans, reservations about things, complaints, event ideas, and anything else you think is important to the organization as a whole.)
3. Below is a list of collected schedules, if you're not on the list, and you're a staff member, please post your timezone, and the days and times that are most convenient for you.

The sooner we get everyone's schedule, the sooner we can get this meeting underway, so please post them or pm them to me asap.

How about an off-site forums? then you could set it up EXACTLY how you want. ^-^

well I know some orgs (like OLDA) have private forums that require a password to access, that's accessible through tb forums.
