what does total in cirrculation for a item mean?
cause i got this shaman pack and it says there is one in cirrculation

Not exactly. Total in circulation means the amount of that item that have been transferred within the last 2 or 3 months.

Total items is the amount in inventories.

If a member lets say gets permabanned and he has a certain item. Does that have effect on the total items?
