You probably can't use it.
It emails you a list of wholesale suppliers, all the site has is that list.
Wholesale is for selling to businesses as the price is closer to factory-cost so that the business that buys it can mark it up and get profit.
Wholesale suppliers will only deliver to a business address 99% of the time.
Unless you are setting up a shop, and I don't think this would be of any use to you.
