u guys have to do better than this if u wanna milk a dead game, like custom symbols in game, like the + 07 players have, custom name colors, etc

that would be awesome but then there would be no point in staff and legends having coloured names in-game and on the forums since others can just mimic the roles.

the + symbols is the same reason, the old schoolers will just be annoyed by the fact people can have the +, i think some old schoolers who have the + have already said that it would be stupid idea when someone asked a similar question (not sure though)

This item / namechange is only being sold because Fox (aka Parrot) wanted to pay a ton of money to get a name we don't usually allow, and it would've been unfair towards others if it remained a one time deal. We're not forcing (or even agitating) anyone to buy it - if you think it isn't worth it due to being relatively useless and overly expensive, that's your decision which is obviously fairly justified. We're not going to sell any custom symbols, colors or any similar customizations - those are reserved for staff members and that isn't changing in future.
