Kris calls me a scammer now. In half of a sense you could say I "scammed" him because I admittedly didn't pay after the duel ended. Thats kris's side that he tells everyone, but want the full story? this "scam" took place at the start of the year, however the duel started way back in october. we started a duel 300k vs 30usd. I beat him him first game, as the second started I pinged out. after I came back I couldnt get a hold of him. 2 months went by before he even came back to consider it. When he did return he wanted the score 0-0 since it had been so long and his memory was "fuzzy". seeing him as a cool guy I accepted, why the hell not. He was my "buddy" for over 2 years. As the duel heated he complained about little things I did and made them in to bigger proportions. He took a gentle push I did into me being a lifter. Next round he wanted to do the same thing but I pinged out second frame. When I came back the kris I knew was gone. He accused me of fraud and that he could report and the remaining 2 games would be void and he would be declared the winner. Eventually I talked him out of it but it didn't matter, he was clearly going to play like a jerk. Around 2 games later after the score was almost tied he pinged. He pinged on a game he was likely to win through score so I didn't put it against him. He whined and bitched about how it couldn't have been over and sucked it up, or so I thought. Next game he had clapped and I used a kick opener. Blam! I kicked his arm off. Instantly he specs. "I had to help my mother with something" "I was afk, that game didnt start". I felt it was bullshit. We both reported to erth on the case. He then brought up my ping to erth and he declared, we either restart duel or he makes a arrangement one of us may not like. Kris had told me that erth gave us only one option, to give him the lead 5-6, what it was before he specced. I found out he was lying about that and erth called both of us in to irc to share our info. He still lied about spectating in the duel even though I snapped it and then brought up the ping way back when, and the one where he was butthurt. When I asked about his he completely denied it. Erth knew he had lied about speccing but didnt know about his ping since I didnt have snaps of that part. Hes decree was to make the duel 6-7 to 8(the other ping wasnt included in his decision), practically no change from before. Furious but I could do nothing but fight anyways, so I did. He butt raped me playing gayly. Because we were playing first to 2 differences I would have had the game tied, with more time to make the comeback. Annoyed by how he so elegantly lied to the staff, It hit me when he told me all these lies about how he was kicked from staff for false dishonest. I had my own hunch it was true. Nonetheless It was real money and I wouldnt let some guy over the computer get 30bucks from me, by lying in my face. I took the ban. Snapshots and skype chats below.
