this is almost the same as my last move(split yourself in half). but this time u break into more pieces.

hold all (c)
lower shoulders
extend glutes
grabby hands
space x2
contract pecs
raise shoulders
contract elbows
space x2

Like how you can hold his legs and sort of walk.
