Side Kick question
Hey guys!
I recently start playing this, and I'm trying to figure out some things.

Why does my left leg come forward if I rotate chest left?
I'm trying to do a sidekick, with my left leg as the support (so the kick is done using the right leg).

The problem I'm having, is that if I rotate my chest left (while bending lumbar left and contracting right pec and extending left pec, for extra rotation speed) and extend both glutes, my left leg comes to the front and my right leg becomes the support. Which is the exact opposite of what it should be. How come if I rotate left, my left leg comes to the front? This just feels super non-intuitive and I feel like it takes a lot of power away from the kick.

Basically, the more you twist one way (left or right) thats usually the leg you're goin gto kick with.

Like if you wanted to kick with your left leg, rotate chest left, change pecs accordingly, and bring the leg forward and it should be strong

um i have a suggestion maybe just try to get to a side pose with your body not using chest and then go for the sidekick because it looks kind of unnatural if you use your chest
