If official static servers are disappearing, you should report it in IRC to #support (that's the help link in the top black bar under the banner), where staff will go ingame and remake them. Sometimes servers glitch up and need fixing.

This thread is more for questions that are really for the administration, not reporting technical issues and such. There is a whole board and IRC channel dedicated to that kind of support.
