i use avira but im thinking of replacing it so yeah title basically

If you're using Windows 7, Microsoft Security Essentials is actually pretty much superior to paid ones even unless you're trying to manage it across tons of PCs in a wprk environment. If you've got 8 or 10, Windows Defender is axtually built in and is pretty much the same thing. Either way, if you're using any even remotely modern Windows computer, there's absolutely no reason for a home user to get anything else.

you have to pay for that correct? I recall it having a free trial but i've heard some good stuff about it.
