Well I downloaded toribash 9.0 and tried To login and it said error : couldn't resolve host name.......SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW AND FYI ITS MAKING ME FREAK OUT.

Check that Toribash is allowed by your firewall. I can't imagine it would stop allowing when upgrading to a new version, but it's worth a try I guess.
