This image was created as a banner for Toribash 5.12 by Toribash team and it isn't a hoax although it can appear as misleading.

To answer your question, no, such item does not exist as of now.

They obviously have to exist if they got in game screenshots to display them with the banner, unless someone on the es team is a god at photoshop

All we know is that it doesn't exist yet to the eyes of the public, only the time will show the rest ;)

There's probably an account named the same name as the item

Like the same thing they do when testing out items
They make an account named as the item and they test out the item there for bugs and shit

Also this does exist just gotta know where to look for
