Lineform, a vector art program. I dont like photoshop too much, but I love vector.

The only thing I would say you could do better is give the edges more dimension. It looks a little flat.

yeah, inkscape is good. im not a big fan of the interface though. it also lacks some basic vector effects and filters but it has exellent hotkeys.
