The fine-line shading looks way better than before.
Especially on the grey demon-kinda head.

learning more as I go along.
did a butt tonne of finishing textures today.
Not happy with the end result of the grey demon, didnt know what else to do with him, didnt want to add anything incase it just ended up worse.
did some colour work on the faces of the knight and captain america, happy with how those turned out.
softened the outlines for captain america.
added the final touches to venomancer, not noticable ingame, but i thought they were necessary nontheless.

All moved into the "complete" tab in the OP

Would have Almost preferred the greyscale guy to go darker instead of lighter. Nice progress though

I got to say, this one is really great! The mapping fits fantastically
and the mossy dark-green pattern is so fitting. I have to say the
teeth need a little work, and some lines need some cleaning up, but
other than that, it's a perfect head.

hadnt actually thought of that tbh.
dont think it makes too much of a difference though.
