hold all
raise both shoulders
contract both pecs

space 1x

contract both hips
contract both knees
lower both shoulders
change hand to grab

space 3x

extend both knees
extend both hips
raise both shoulders

space 2x

change hand no grab
extend pecs
extend wrists

space away!

I like this move and though there is much that can go awry (It took me several times to get the desired resualt) this move is devesting and stylish.
