just edit it out of the image and you can take it. But you must remember that you can't sell these heads.

How di u cut one of these

use any image editor,
Gimp or any other and cut part of the image you want.

Tried to fix this head, but somehow it turned in to this.

why so many free heads everwhere

Because it's hard to sell and I personally don't have any interest in doing that. If someone wants to sell my new heads I will be making and haven't yet posted here, he can contact me and we can discuss about it.
