use sound effect when the opponent grabs your groin :P

Just record a .wav file, save it, put it in your sounds as crotch hit. As far as my knowledge goes about it, that's all I know. Anyway, not supported. That will make the game more innapropriate than it already is. We might make mouthes grab your balls while we're at it.
