Would they be hittable? Because that would make people hit them just to win and them bounce away.

Also, it would be pretty useless and gross. Be that as it may, the heads are not openable. A brain can't fit through a throat. Pretty strange if you ask me.

Do you realize that if this were implemented, then the body parts will have to be softbody? Which means they will have to be able to move like the hair does, and also break? LAG CITY. Not to mention how terrible it will look in a madman.

Organs and Brains will change gameplay and crash replays, not a good idea

No. it would most likely throw the game's engine off and ruin the fun and the replays. Plus it would look so ugly in game.

I think we already have enough limbs and pieces flying around after a dismemberment.

The current features of Tori are also iconic for Toribash, and adding more and more details to it would just take away the attractive simplicity of things.
