You make them by buying a flame forger and forging them and you can get them by either buying the flame forger and making your own or buying them off of another flame forger...

well, visit the shop list and look at the deals made. at a minimum, $1 = 10k TC, so a 150k flame = $15.

Well, it's 25 per month for the ability to forge. You need tc to forge flames as well.
the better the design, the better margin you can get. Most of the crappy forger of the past got 5-10k per flame. but better ones can be 20k+ margin on sell. It also takes a bit of business sense to run a highly profitable shop.
