What are the requirements for beng a SMOD and who do I have to PM my application to?

I would say this belongs in Beginner Sanctuary rather than Support.

Anyways, requirements for SMod are basically just mod experience, knowledge of the rules, and ability to lay them down hard.

Applications go to any SMod or admin, but don't expect them to vote instantly. They'll probably wait until recruiting starts again, then post your app for voting.
