I made a set of texture templates that is pretty accurate. It might help newbie artists to get the placement right. So here you go, now paint ze town!

Get the TGA files (RAR)
NOTE: The files are in original Toribash format; l_bicep.tga, r_foot.tga, etc. Be sure not to overwrite any of your existing textures!

Get the JPG files (RAR)

It may have helped if you labeled which template was for what part of the body. Ya know?

and to answer what I think you are asking
Open paint 128x128
make a nice pic
save as Jpg or png
go here http://toribash.reversers.org/image2tga and do what it says
will give you a tga to download
then upload that TGa to your head texture that you bought for 20k
Or if you don't want others to see it and have it be free
open toribash folder
open custom
find your name and put the TGa in and rename it head.tga
