work on the mapping i think it is too streched out.

i think the nose is a bit big, takes up most of his face. i suggest making it smaller, unless its the look youre going for.

Ears should be further out and a different shape. Ears are on the side of the head. Yours are connected to the face

Yeah, Do note that the sketch is made on actuall paper without having template or anything. Just made it as a qucik refrence for my self, will move ears, nose, mouth, eyes, wrinkels and the skull around while making it.
And using new brush.

This is your best head yet. I really like it and it gives it a bit of a 3d effect on the eyes.

Bad move to have an actual jaw structure on a head w/ not enough experience. For now focus on face. Make sure bridge of nose curves into the eyebrows. If you do not have one, consider finding a decent template for mapping.

Mostly stuff you have to learn by trial and error. Keep at it!
