first, i want to talk about me and my clan.

what will you guys do if you are being inactive from your clan and if you had members.(if you're the leader, sure)

It's not a good thing, being a clan leader means you must be the most active player in the clan, keep on the clan updates, events, and such.

clan leaders seem to be more occupied than org leaders, huh?
but hey i've lead enigma before, and members were mature enough not to do anything stupid
and we had 3 active leaders back then

if you're a lone leader, try as hard to keep an eye on your members
but izoke if you're not here once/twice, it's normal for everyone here and irl
just make sure you know your members and that they dont make anything stupid

here in indonizer, we have 4 wonderful active leaders/moderators
even though i only open the forums on weekends (oops ketauan)
there's no worries cus im sure sicks/wyv/rafi are taking place
so that's one more, try to have at least 2 leaders or co-leads or someone else responsible & mature enough to co-manage your clan

maybe yea, i might be wrong on a few things or some are irrelevant
but that's from experience

and, i need your opinions,all. i always got members from a recruitment server. and my recruitment thread like "dead".

Some people are too lazy to find a clan, then read and post.
I usually goto ingame and create a recruitment server. I persuade them to join with me, but they can't instantly get an invites. They must pm me with their application.

Make sure someone can keep watch.
Being a leader doesn't mean said person is in charge of everything.
A good leader is one that can help their members to become good leaders, keep that in mind.
