My suggestion is reply messages.
By that, I mean if somebody replies to your post or thread, I think the Toribot should notify you about this.

A simple idea, please send feedback.

I would love this. All the time I spend bored waiting for someone to respond to my thread or quote something they like/dislike. This would take away the time I waste scouring forums for feedback when I can just get a simple notification.

When you get a reply, you get a message on the forum, it's simple.

Change Default Thread Subscription Mode to "No email notification." This will automatically add a subscription for each thread you create or post in. New posts in Subscribed threads appear in the UserCP.

I think what he's asking for is function in which it informs you when someone has quoted you in a thread. This is a pretty common thing in a lot of forums nowadays, but I'm not sure our forums really need it.
I think I might be retired.
