once you have started the "another piece of the puzzle" quest, go to new haven.
do the normal loot run route, and when you get to the last one, jump down to the little building.
since you are on this quest, the door will open, and theres an elevator.
there will be alot (ALOT) of psychos down here, so watch out, but theres a gun called "rider"

woah. I went to that shock crystal cave in my second playthrough, and there was about 25 badmuthas(new game +'s badasses) to kill in the cave, and all of them except two were paired with at least another badmutha. Im pretty proud that I only died 3 times.

ever though maybe you were missing? or your gun isnt strong enough? or its accuracy is too low? or he was moving?

theres alot of factors in getting 1 hit kill headshots, and once you get used to it, using a sniper, you can get them every time easliy
