Ah I reckon like maybe some people have a different perception of what's bitter or not.

Because with me coffee is sooooo good and not bitter at all but I find lemons bitter.

I am sure everyone finds lemons bitter though.

Lemons are sour, if anything. A bit bitter, maybe, but mostly sour, if you ask me. Limes are even more sour.
