So is it:
1) You announce beforehand
2) Tickets go on sale immediately
3) When sold out, soon it is drawn
or
1) Announce a time when they will be sold
2) When that time comes tickets are sold
3) Drawing soon

No exact time for the first one, but I will announce it when the time comes. All other lotteries after that will be added, and when they are green you can buy tickets. The lotteries will run until all tickets are sold, winner is randomly chosen and the prize is sent straight away. No delay.
Very good idea, Kind of like Hanz0's $.50 random item event :3
