I think Pokémon Diamond was the game I played for the longest time. 140-ish hours to complete the pokédex, not including the time it took to get the unique pokémon from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Leaf Green/Fire Red onto it.

Close runners up would have to be Team Fortress 2 with 102 hours and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite with 98 hours.
