If you're downloading from the mod tab up the top, click the mod you want and a bunch of text will appear. Copy that text into notepad or something similar. Then save it as (modname).tbm

Replace the "3.9" with your current version. Example with 3.94- C:\Games\Toribash-3.94\data\mod

After you download the mod you want, drag+drop it in the mod folder.

This is all if you did the recommend drop place when you downloaded toribash. If you placed it somewhere else, than this won't really help you.
