i tried to upload an avatar and it says 'unable to save image'

it's a png and it nothing changed from my last one except for some touch-ups

why =[ ?

oh yes and i've tried uploading from the computer and from a website

same thing each time

Uploads are down at the moment.
That includes avatars and textures.

If it is an animated avatar, you'll have to get toriprime to have an animated avatar.
