Uhhh . . . old one is so much worst soz. Let me break it for yah, the skin is way too flawed.

I mean, skin has it's colors and scars/marks, but he looks so unhealthy. Most of the shading is much to dark for the skin (which is actually a bad grey on it's own), and the mirroring is not very well done (sorry).

The thing that I do like, however, is the hair on his head. It has potential to look really nice, just fix the face ok? Don't make the space around his eyes that light as it looks like makeup or some really isolated country tan.

The chin placement is nice and seems pretty natural to me, but the nose and the wrinkles in between the eyebrows are too defined and symmetrical. You can mirror lines, but all the shading and lighting is often better done naturally, and with disproportion.

Looks like a sprite from the old doom or Wolfenstein.
