I was playing aikido, knocking down my opponent when suddenly he wasnt disqualafied, so I was trying to get him out of the ring but NOPE, nothing.

This usually happens when the maxcontacts at any given time has been exceeded.
Use the command /set maxcontacts # to fix this, the default is 8 and it can go up to 16.

As albus said, this usually happens when the max contacts are met.
Contacts are basically joints or body parts touching. As you can see, you guys were in a ball, there were a lot of joints touching.

unfortunately I think you were on an official server, therefore you cannot change the max contacts.

The above posts are correct. As a tip for the future though. Ungrabbing hands and relaxing all makes them dq pretty quickly since the contact numbers drop pretty rapidly.
