Head problems
I'm working on a head, for a friend, and I've made a prototype, and I want to try it on THP, but when I try it, I get an error message saying/that looks like this:

You head MUST be a targa image file for THP to load it.
make sure you save it as a 24-bit TGA without compression. This should lead to a file size of 48/49KB.
The error message is not very helpful, I know, but it is from 3rd-party code which I just included. The next version of THP should be much more descriptive when you do something wrong, and may even try to correct it.
