-lower both shoulders
-extend left pecs
-and contract right pecs
-left rotating chest
-left bending lumbar
as you can see in the ghost you spin pretty crazy
if you wanna do a spin kick do the above then
-contract right glute
-and extend left glute

this is all with out pressing space yet
