Post your toribash workout styles here! If you need help on what to enter, just look at the replays below. Don't be affraid. Sit ups, push ups, pull ups, stretches, leg kicks, anything is acceptable! Show what stretching, and excersizing can do for you by bashing uke a couple times. Well, hope alot of you will participate!!! Heres the replays of some of the stuff you can do!
