The power cable is clearly not plugged in. Ursolic acid batteries need to be fully charged before first use, and after that need to cycle a few times to reach maximum capacity. If it's not charging or booting even while plugged in, then it may be you aren't getting enough amps.

The power cable to your display isn't plugged in. I'm sure the computer works. These newer Macintosh models are incredibly silent.

You've got the flux capacitor plugged into an Apple Edition USB 3.0, flux capacitors require at latest 2.0.
