Evading talked over forum access restrictions that were placed due to being a persistent problem user regarding clan related issues is not good behaviour. Clearly you and I have different "moral standards". Swaves' ban has increased length because of prior infractions, I did give him an infraction worth a 1 month ban, though.

I have to speak for the good of our clan here.
We apologize to hensomm for rude behavior by one of our mates and to Gynx for wasting his time on this issue.
I have removed Swaves from our clan.
If/when he comes back from his ban and agrees to play nice, he can join us again.
