What program should I use...
To do art on a pc ?

Ive seen so many great artist doing sets, Kremline (Cp master ;*), Haze,13chillz and some others ...

Im a (abit) skilled artist that has alot of ideas on sets and I need a good program to draw shizz on it.

Anyone reccomend anything ?

Photoshop CS6 is the best program for this job so far. I dont encourage the piracy, your problem how you get it. (paid with license or....)

Photoshop is great for proffesionals I'd say, Gimp is more... Beginner friendly?

I disagree, the UI and hotkeys on GIMP are terrible, PS is much better for all levels. Except that it is paid.

But really so long as you get used to it then it doesn't matter.

Photoshop is obviously better, but you get what you pay for.

GIMP is better than it looks, although it does take time to get used to. (No, it's nothing compared to PS)

Krita is a free art program that is a bit between gimp and corel painter.
