make sure to center the face on front and putting a hair measuring forehead space.

Those eyes are beautiful. Add additional hairs would make it cooler, I guess.

Guys is there any disadvantage to drawing in a bigger res for a tb texture?

Only advantages.... Really

I do it to get my lines a bit smoother, some of that smoothness is lost when I size it down, but it still helps me get them a bit better. Don't go too large though, or you'll just be wasting your time really. I do mine in 1024x1024.

There's no disadvantage from what I can learn from other artist which using a costumized resolution.
